For Me

Its been a ridiculous year, and I know your all thinking "why is he reminiscing on the year when its not even over yet?" but for me it has been one of the longest years of my entire life. They say as you get older time starts to move faster and days seem to blur together. But for some reason this year slowed down, and for me it wasnt relevent to how old i was. There has been heart break, and fights, huge transitions in my life, graduation from highschool, Moving 4000 miles away, and the depression that the summer brought. In retrospect almost one of the most stressful years I've had. I've made hundreds of new friends, new enemies, new lovers. And looking back on it all it was so very worth it. I have learned so much, through everything i endured, through everyone that ive come into contact with. So as i find myself in this coffee shop on one of the busiest streets in the bustling metropolis of San Francisco, and where ever you may find yourself at this moment think of where you will be in a year, because i never saw myself here.

The New Life

Well I've moved to San Fran and the first few days have been more amazing than i could have ever imagined. I've met so many people that are as passionate about art as me. I've basically been waking up everyday at about 9 30 am, bombing down jones street to go to Starbucks so i can get on my lap top. Then skateing the city and taking photos for about 3 or 4 hours and then heading back to the dorms where me and the coolest dudes go out and just cause havic throughout the city.

The End

Well another chapter in my life has come to an end. And in about 14 hours i will be on the road to my new life. Who knows what any of this will bring, but after years of my mothers "Life Training" i think I'll be ready for anything that comes my way. So I Would like to say goodbye to everyone I've met from my stay in Lake Elsinore. And for all of my other great friends from back East who have done there best to still be in my life, I will keep you all close to me. So expect alot of updates coming in the next 2 weeks. :D

Today

Well today has been nothing more and nothing less than the way my life has been latley. I woke up with this ever lasting ear infection, and the sound of dora the explorer bellowing through the house. Knowing i have no gas money i kind of just sit in bed and try and figure out what im going to do with my day. I then go down stairs still half asleep and find some of my favorite cereal, all of my worries about going anywhere disappear as i bite into this delicious meal. I then realize that i am this happy because im eating a great bowl of cereal.. So as you return home from hanging with your friends, or are just getting in from a crazy party, and if you for some reason find yourself wondering what ive been up to, you can read this and know that the highlight of my day was eating a bowl cereal.

Regurgitating Thoughts

Its crazy how hearing a certain song can make you think of how you felt at one point in your life. How its almost like a book into your own memories.It brings back the smell of the warm spring air, and the loud hum of the tv in the living room. It brings back how horrible you felt, or how happy you were at that one point in the song, that you just couldnt wait for. Its crazy that you still can feel the same way after months of not hearing it, after months of healing, after months of change. Its crazy how you become the same person you were by just hearing one song, if not for but a few minutes the song seems to create you. Its all just so crazy.

Better

Well ive fixed the eyes, the nose, and the mouth. So things are looking up for this one. Oh and i found a HB pencil.

Well yesterday i decided to draw my brother and his wife a portrait of their lovely daughter, Amani. Its sort of a thank you for them letting me live in there house while i await college, and for helping me finish and prepare for my new life. But so far the hair has come out the way i wanted it to, and i still need to work proportions on the eyes, nose and mouth.I am also in desperate need of an HB pencil.
So as i struggle to finish this piece feel free to pick out, and pin point all of my flaws in this artwork, and please dont be shy.

Yesterday I went down to Hunnington Beach for the night and got to catch the sun set. If your ever in Southern California and have a chance to go to the beach, relax and stay till sunset.

Its not so sunny here

Today ive realised that im alone. I left my dearest friends, my mom, my sister. and everyone i ever loved. Today i spent about 2 hours sitting under a tree, and i realised that this place is no better than anywhere that ive ever been. maybe even worse. i know now that what i miss the most is the people that cared for me and maybe i took them for granted back home. My life is changing, and as i get older i find myself in a lonelier place. I find myself scared. And so unsure about the future and whats to come. Maybe life has a plan for me. Or maybe im made to reproduce and die. All i know is that I miss you all, and i hope you all keep me close to your hearts.

The beach

Well i went to the beach here in Sunshiny California for the first time this summer, and was expecting it to be like they show on Bay Watch. But no i didnt catch any slomo clips of pam anderson running, just a normal dirty beach with lots of bro heads, and women who shouldnt be wearing a two peice. but i managed to get some alright photos, so all in all it worked out.

Its a Friday..

Well today i had no gas to go up to Corona, so instead i thought i'd venture around my little part of town. i found these super perfect benches, a little bit torn up, but they get the job done when you need to grind something. Maybe ill venture out a little further tmrw and see what i can find. :)

Two ledge skatepark

Yesterday for national go skateboarding day me and a few homies drove up to this park called Two Ledge. Its one of the sickest parks around, and the best things there are the two ledges hence the name. oh and besides the douches that walk there to smoke weed and do back flips, its generally always empty so its super chill.

Day 6..(the day of rest)

So today this is all im doing.. resting, for tmrw is Go Skateboarding day. So feel free to take this day as an excuse to be lazy, or just get something done youve been putting off for a while. :)

Day 5

Well yesterday i drove 100 miles down to San Diego to visit my uncle and his wife. They gave me a brand new powerbook g4, and told me about this little taco shop right down the hill. Well if your ever in the area you need to go here. This whole meal was only 4 dollars..beat that taco bell.

So after healing from the nacho mountain, and skateing.. my friend Mark told me about this tight teeshirt store, where tees are hella cheap. well he was right. And whats better it was easy to find from the very obvious name.

Day 4

So today i woke up at like 11 30 got dressed and met up with some homies in Corona, and they took me to this tight little taco shop called "Mi Tortilla"..as you can tell the nachos were bangin.

I seriously recommend you to see this documentary if your into banksy, or just in for a good laugh..it takes you into the underground of what made todays modern street art the way it is..and all the fucked up things that happened along the way.
